INTERNET COMMERCE AND SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

To register for our course, you must provide personal information such as first name, last name, email address, street address, city, state, zip code, phone number, date of birth, and employer. To process your payment, you must provide billing information associated with your credit or debit card including the name, card number, expiration date, security code, and billing address. This information is not used for any purpose other than processing your payment. We do not save your complete card number, expiration date, security code, or billing address after the transaction is processed. Your card information is saved by third-party vendors that provide payment processing services and with which we maintain written agreements to ensure your personal and financial data is adequately secured and protected. Your information is available only to a limited number of Certified On The Fly employees, contractors, and vendors who are responsible for maintaining the site and administering the course.

Our website may use social media features, widgets and links that are hosted by the social media platforms. Your course history, user account, and personal information will be deleted in compliance with Certified On The Fly’s data retention policy and applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
