We’re happy to look into it. The transaction may have been declined yet still resulted in a pending charge on your account. When your credit/debit card declines online or in-store, your account will usually still show a pending charge. This is standard procedure among banks that is completely out of our control. The pending charge(s) should not post to your account, but rather disappear or be reversed within a few business days.
Can I use another person’s credit card to pay for the online Texas Food Handlers course?
Sure, as long as you have their permission. Just make sure the billing information you enter on our website matches what is on file with the card issuer, or else the payment will be declined.
